Filing: chipmaker Astera Labs, which offers cloud and AI connectivity hardware, plans to raise as much as $534M in its US IPO — Astera is selling 14.79 million shares, while existing investors are offering another 3.01 million, the Santa Clara, California-based company said Friday in a regulatory filing.
