Qualcomm ends its bid to buy Israeli car chip maker Autotalks, citing a lack of timely regulatory approvals; the UK CMA opened a probe into the deal in February — Qualcomm (QCOM.O) on Friday said it has terminated its bid to acquire Autotalks, an Israeli firm that makes communications chips to help prevent car crashes.
